Cloud Electronics BT-2EW
The Cloud Electronics BT-2EB remote Bluetooth wall-mounting input module is for use with the Cloud DCM1 and DCM1e which are equipped with an RJ45 Extension Port.
White finish - also available in black, see BT-2EB.
The BT-2 enables Bluetooth compatible devices such as laptops, tablets and smartphones to stream audio wirelessly to the interface, and thereby into the audio system of the Zone where the interface is installed.
The BT-2EW is simple to connect using a single screened CAT5 cable (with shielded RJ45 connectors) between the RJ45 connector on the rear of the plate to one of the host unit’s Extension Ports. The Cat 5 cable carries DC power as well as balanced audio.
The BT-2E routes audio in stereo to the host unit and is compatible with the following Cloud products;
- DCM1 Digital Control Zone Mixer
- DCM1e Ethernet Digital Control Zone Mixer
If you exceed the number of Extension port inputs on the DCM1/DCM1e you can use an FPA-1 adaptor to configure it as a global line input.
