Delivery Information

Delivery charges are based on the total weight of your order. We will send you an order confirmation showing the delivery charge.

Small, low value items may be sent with Royal Mail. If you are not available when delivery is attempted a card will be left with information about how to arrange re-delivery or collection at a convenient time.

Other items will be despatched by courier for ease of tracking and more predictable delivery timescales. We will endeavor to inform you when your order has been despatched, at which point you should expect to receive your delivery on the next working day or within 2 working days if you are in the Highlands or islands of the UK or Northern Ireland. Deliveries to these more remote areas of the UK are subject to a location dependant surcharge.

If you have any special delivery requirements, please contact us to discuss them before placing your order. Early morning and Saturday deliveries can be arranged (although surcharges apply).

Standard deliveries are made Monday to Friday only. A delivery window may be emailed or sent by text once your parcel is on the way.

We want you to find our service flexible and helpful. We will endeavour to despatch your order on the day it is received. However, despite holding a huge amount of stock, it is impossible to hold every permutation of a commercial sound or public address PA system. If part of your order is out of stock, we will delay your despatch until everything can be sent in one consignment. We will advise you how long this is likely to be and if you request a split shipment we will let you know if there will be any additional carriage charge.

If your requirement is urgent, please contact us directly for immediate stock availability information. In the case of long term availability issues, we may be able to suggest alternative products more readily available.

If no-one is available to receive the delivery, goods will not be left at another address without prior arrangement. The consignment will be returned to the local delivery depot awaiting your instructions. You must contact the depot using the details on your ‘missed delivery’ card to arrange re-delivery or collection from the depot. If you have any problems, please contact us and we will help sort things out.

If we have told you to expect a delivery and it doesn’t arrive, please contact us as soon as possible to enable us to investigate its whereabouts. Mistakes and unpredictable delays occasionally happen but are best rectified in a timely fashion!

Overseas delivery and appropriate documentation can be arranged, but we respectfully ask you to contact us directly to discuss your requirements, before placing an order.
