The Terracom TERRA-FDX/G2 is an IP, POE audio encoder/decoder (gateway) which can be used for voice, paging, intercom, music streaming, audio routing, pre-recorded and scheduled announcements, VoIP communication or as a SIP device.

TERRA-FDX/G2 can be added to an existing traditional PA system or included as part of a new installation to provide functionalities such as school lockdown, class/shift changes, paging, music/message storage, and streaming.

Alternatively, distribute audio over a network between two buildings by sending it with the TERRA-FDX/G2 and receiving it with the TERRA-EX/G2.

• Input or output digitised audio from a network and provide an analogue output with I/O and/or RS485/RS232 control.
• Simultaneous encoding/decoding of audio, and auto echo cancellation (AEC) enables bi-directional and full duplex communication.
