We were asked to quote for a large pharma production and office complex that required a multi-zone EN54 voice alarm system. We worked closely with our client to decipher and re-design the original system specification. In many cases we find specifications to be too generic for the particular installation. This is where our extensive knowledge and experience of voice alarm codes of practice are vital to ensure a fully compliant system that fulfils the needs of the client.
We worked closely with Bosch to offer the perfect solution, opting for the Praesensa range of VA control equipment. There were 48 channels of amplification required across the site, driving both Bosch, DNH and TOA EN54:24 loudspeakers. Many of the zones required ‘cleanroom-rated’ speakers that were also EN54:24 and needed to deliver compliant and even coverage to boot. Ease modelling was used to ensure compliant SPL levels.
All rack hardware was fully compliant and assembled by a highly experienced Bosch technician. As you can see from the images, the racks were exquisitely cabled, terminated and a full set of schematics, manuals and system-build notes were supplied.
Our installation client was then able to accept delivery and terminate all circuits simply and efficiently, ready for commissioning.
