Case Studies

Typical Scenario – Classroom Sound System

Situation: School classroom, approx 100m².

Brief: Customer requires a simple sound system to connect to a laptop in a classroom.

Solution: A simple solution would be a pair of powered speakers mounted on the classroom wall. There will have to be a little thought about how to keep the connecting wires tidy and out of the way, but because a separate audio amplifier is not required, this is a neat solution.

Typical Scenario – Background Music System for a Restaurant

Situation: Restaurant with suspended ceiling, approx 130m².

Brief: Customer requires background music from a CD/MP3 player to play in the restaurant and toilets.

Solution: a CD player with MP3 playback facility either via disc, SD card or USB input can be used to play music through flush mounted ceiling speakers fitted into the ceiling tiles.

Typical Scenario – Background Music for a Midsized Fashion Retailer Store

Situation: Modern Fashion Retail Store, approx 140m².

Brief: Customer requires punchy, powerful music to play through wall mounted cabinet loudspeakers in the shop floor area only. The shop floor is divided into separate areas for mens clothes and womens clothes.

The punchy sound quality required can be achieved through the use of subwoofers which can be hidden behind clothing rails.
